One of the baffling yet important things for me as a runner, triathlete or just someone concerned about my health and fitness, is the topic of heart rate. And … [Read more...] about Timex T5G971 Unisex Sports Personal Heart Rate Monitor Watch

Albeit, in the past I would often put off actually doing any training, using the excuse that I didn't have the right equipment yet. That's not the case so much anymore as I'm enjoying running, swimming, and biking and just like to have the latest toys to help me keep tracking of my … [Read more...] about Triathlon Equipment: What I Used for My First Triathlon
So I’d been looking for a running watch for some time and found the Garmin Forerunner 110 had all I needed. Last year I purchased my wife the Polar Heart Rate watch which she wears… well, sometimes. She likes the features but honestly having to put on the chest strap she’s not too keen about. I even got her the sports bra that comes with the monitor strap. It’s comfortable but she likes to walk more than run and so having to take the time to put it on as opposed to just running out the door … [Read more...] about Garmin Forerunner 110 GPS Enabled Running Watch
